According to many the Singletrack in the Izer mountains are the best in Europe and when looking from a world wide perspective the tracks here are ranked at number 7, only 6 tracks located in the United States are more recommended.
There are a total or 64 km of singletrack trails. The trails are natural trails for one bike with a maximum of 5 % inclination and .8 m width.
The beginning of the trails is located at the Świeradowi-Zdroj Gondola together with a bike rental.

- Cycling along the many bicycle routes with a variety of difficulty levels (bicycles can be hired in town).
- Taking advantage of the unique climate qualities for walks. Świeradów Zdrój is also known as The Valley of Youth due to vitality-restoring influence of the local climate. It is also recommended for asthmatics.
- Enjoying the scenic tourist trails with remarkable beauty and nature to be seen.
- During the winter the area is also popular for its cross-country skiing routes.
The Refuge Atop Mt. Stóg Izerski
Several metres below the summit of this mountain, soaring 1,107 m a.s.l., is a refuge founded in 1924 by the Schaffgotsch family in a characteristic Silesian-Lusician style.
The site offers splendid panoramas of Świeradów-Zdrój, the Kwisa river valley, Kamienicki Ridge and the western parts of the Karkonosze Mountains. Phone: 0048 75 75 22 110.
Świeradów-Zdrój Traditional Remedy Centre
Świeradów-Zdrój Traditional Remedy Centre (in Polish: Dom Zdrojowy) was built on the site of the former ‘Spring House’ (in Polish: Dom Źródlany), a building dating from 1781 which was destroyed in a fire on December 14th, 1895. It was rebuilt by the Schaffgotsch family, the previous owners of the town, and in 1899 opened its doors to the first patients.
The picturesque architecture of the building is highlighted by the 46 m clock tower. The interior of the building features a larch Walking Hall (in Polish: Hala Spacerowa) and a spring of drinkable water. Address: 1 Konstytucji 3 Maja Street. Phone: 0048 75 78 20 500.
Chatka Górzystów Refuge
Chatka Górzystów refuge is situated on the Izerska Meadow (in Polish: Hala Izerska). In the 17th century Bohemian religious exiles established a settlement here called Gross-Iser, of which the refuge is the sole surviving building. In 1734 the settlement was inhabited by 13 cottagers and peasants owning their own houses and plots of land.
The settlement was composed of shepherd’s cottages, as many as 38 of them by 1880. Chatka Górzystów draws tourist with its homemade meals, with the spécialité de la maison being pancakes and fried cheese, and has 40 beds to accommodate guests. Open all year round.
Czarny Młyn - Devil’s Mill
A Major attraction of Czerniawa is Czarci Młyn (Devil’s Mill). This extraordinary structure is the heritage of a characteristic construction of the Silesian and Czech borderland. It dates back to 1890 and is still equipped with an original plant. Everyone visiting this place may see how millers used to work on the turn of the 19th and 20th century.
No-one knows whether they had to sign a pact with the devil to get to know the secret of baking, but they say deuces and devils often visit the mill. To secure oneself against the evil powers, it is recommended to pet the lions which guard the entrance.
Visitors may tour the unique collection of the Devil’s Mill while eating a chunk of homemade bread baked in the mill according to traditional recipe in an oven which is over 100 years old.
The Izery Mountains Meadow
The Ecological Education Center NATURA 2000 "The Meadow" is a real fun for small explorers.
Children visiting the center can get acquainted, among others, with the flora and fauna of the Izery Mountains.
BAMBINO-SKI is wide and gentle slope with a length of 120 m located in the city center. It is located at ul. Górska, about 100m from the Spa House.
Lift includes equipment rentals, food service, free parking and SNOWTUBING, or track snow (gutter), which rolls off on the special tire. A ski and snowboard school, with licensed instructors, is available to all comers who want to learn to ski or snowboard.
The Świeradów Zdrój Gondola Lift is a must stop for all winter sports lovers.
